RKO 2026
Scaling the Machine

Our whole team, in one city, for one week. A few days to see how every part of the machine fits together, celebrate how far we have come, and line up a huge second half.

The Idea

Scaling the Machine

The goal of the week is simple. Every Dooer should leave understanding where they fit in the machine we are building, and feeling genuinely appreciated for the part they play. We alternate between sessions led by a single Dooer and activities where teams build together, and each of our six values gets its own moment: Relentless, Unassuming, Now, Delightful, Optimized, and Open.

  3. Check the rooming list.Your reservation details are in the Rundoo x Hyatt Place rooming list. If anything looks off, message Addy on Slack.
To all the Marriott people: I tried. 😅 Hyatt Place River North was the best option for our dates, so apologies to the Bonvoy loyalists.

One ask: if you have a dietary restriction and have not told us yet, flag it to Addy now. It is the single thing that is hardest to fix on the day.
